Political Activities

The American Academy of Orthopaedic Surgeons is a Section 501(c)(3), not-for-profit corporation, and as such, does not participate in any political activities. You are prohibited from participating in political activities while in the Academy sections of this website.

Governing Laws and Venue

The AAOS (Academy and Association) are incorporated in the State of Illinois in the United States of America, which laws and regulations you agree shall govern the AAOS website regardless of where you reside or where you made your posting, transaction or connection with the AAOS website.
